What are tokens? Tokens & Rewards
Tokens are internal platform points. You can see your current balance in your account. Depending on active platform rules, tokens may be credited for qualifying activity and spent on vouchers.
How do I earn tokens? Tokens & Rewards
Tokens are not automatically awarded for every action. Administrators define rules such as a minimum number of ratings and average rating. Example: 100 qualifying ratings with an average of at least 4.50 may trigger a 500-token reward.
Where can I see token movements? Tokens & Rewards
Users can view their own token history. Administrators see the complete token log with user, amount, action, before/after balance, reference and timestamp.
What happens if a token booking is incorrect? Tokens & Rewards
Report the booking through the contact channel with account, amount and approximate time. Administrators can book a transparent correction; the original movement remains in the history.
